Eat more!!!

Today I was told by two individuals that I am not eating enough!!
I don't know what else to stuff my face with.
After having turned over 10% of body fat into muscle and after having started working out twice a day I am not consuming enough calories according to my metabolic resting rate.
I find it really difficult to that much. I drink 3 protein shakes a day, eat a sandwich, dinner some fruit and often 2-3 eggs. What else???
According to the experts I will not lose weight until I start eating more. Sounds confusing, right? I guess I'll just be heavy and muscular which is better than heavy and flabby, but not as good as light and muscular.

Husbonden i mit liv har det samme problem. Han har nu koblet en diætist til sit problem. For han ønsker jo ikke at tabe muskelmassen, men han kan ikke få at spise det han skal i løbet af dagen...

Uh ha ja, den kender jeg godt.... Jeg er ikke så god til at få spist, så det arbejder jeg på.... 6 små måltider om dagen.....
Men jeg har altså også diætist på..
