Good service/Bad service?? You tell me.

Okay, so back in April, my mom bought Kirsten an acoustic guitar from First Act. We bring it home, open the box and not only did we get one that wasn't finished, it was dirty and had clearly been used. I take it back to the store and they exchange it with the only one left. That one was finished, but clearly used. It was all they had and at that point Kirsten just wanted her guitar. 2 months go by with days and evenings filled with made-up songs and lots of guitar playing (if you want to call it that) and all of a sudden the guitar literally explodes!!! The bottom part that is screwed into the body of the guitar blew off and the screws went flying. Very lucky Kirsten still has 2 functioning eyes. She was heart broken.
Of course I no longer had the receipt or any paper work on the guitar so I thought that was the end of that. Then one day I come across some paperwork form the electric guitar we bought Lucas and it happened to be from the same company. I gave them a call and a very nice man apologized and said he would sent out a new guitar immediately and he told me to just throw the old one out.
I throw it out and a couple of days later the new guitar arrives. Guess what?? It looks just like the first one we bought. Not finished and clearly used.
I call the very nice man again who apologizes again and promises to send out a new guitar and this time he is personally going to inspect it first. I ask him what to do with the guitar I have and he tells me he is going to send me a return label.
Today we receive the new guitar and guess what?? It's not the right guitar, it's a smaller one.
Once again I call the very nice man and explain to him that it's the wrong guitar. He tells me they didn't have any of the other ones so he thought we would like a smaller one. I tell him that it's too small for my daughter and I that I really think this is ridiculous at this point. He apologizes again and promises to send out yet another guitar. I also tell him that he didn't send a return label and he tells me to just keep the other guitars!!!
So in about one weeks time I will have 3 brand new guitars in the house!
I am not sure whether that is good service or bad service. What do you think?
On one hand I think it's good service that they keep replacing the damn thing, on the other hand they should've gotten it right the first time. And what about me keeping all those guitars?
Maybe we will all learn how to play them and go on tour. "The Rubenstein's Rocks the Acoustic Guitars"......................maybe not.
