Please, someone tell me how to get rid of a neighbor who is constantly letting her dog loose and then runs up and down the street screaming for the dog.............at 5 am or 11 pm or anytime in between.
Please, someone tell me how to get rid of a cat that, belongs to somebody (maybe neighbor), constantly sits outside my front door tormenting my cats. In the middle of the night I hear these very loud noises, sure enough, there's the cat.
For the past 3 days I have doused said cat with ice cold water hoping to scare it off. It hasn't worked. What to do next?
It's driving me crazy and all of a sudden I am secretly dreaming of owning various weapons........

Vi har også en nabos kat der hele tiden sidder uden for døren og hvis vores dør står åben går den ind. Jeg ønsker ikke kat - de andre naboer syntes den er sååååååååå sød.....
