Loch Fyne - Part 2

Went through the processing plant. AMAZING.
So, the salmon gets killed and the gills get cut. It thens gets iced and send to the plant.
When it comes into the plant it's all assembly line.

1. Fish gets cut,
2. Fish gets gutted.
3. Fish gets scraped.
4. Fish gets washed.
5. Fish gets weighed and sorted.
6. Fish gets iced.
7. Fish gets packed and shipped off.

It goes so fast. The workers mostly work with headphones on to avoid the noise. Most of them lost their sense of smell.

I had to wear a pair of steeltoed wellies, NICE!! Along with a white lab coat and a hairnet that I managed to put on to look quite stylish.
