As soon as we moved here we bought tickets for the Tattoo. We figured we should see it once since we're here and even though I am not a bagpipe fan (to say the least), off we went.
It was fantastic and I will definitely go again next year.
From our kitchen window (if we lean out and to the right) we can see the castle and at nighttime we can see it all it up from the tattoo and we can hear the fireworks. Every single night. Scares the bejeepers out of me every time. Next weekend is the last tattoo of the season and the fireworks last for more than 1 hour!!! Her are some pics:
