A long long time ago, as in a really really long time ago I read a Danish blog on which the author was telling how a thief had stolen all her mother's christmas decorations. Seriously. Who steals christmas decorations? That's low.
Anyways, us readers of said blog decided to help out and so we sent the blogger a couple of pieces of decorations for her tree.
And then I forgot about it. Completely forgot about it. Until today.
More than 1 year after this I received a beautiful christmas card thanking me for my help.
At first I didn't know what it was about, but as I read further I remembered what I had done.
How thoughtful is that, to send a christmas card to someone you don't even know, to take the time to make and hand write a card.
I think it's fantastic.
Thank You, you made my day.

It's almost just as thoughtful as helping out in the first place ;-) (and helping out a complete stranger as well!) It's me, who is thankful (and my mother of course).
